When tank mixing any of the manufacturer’s products with other farm chemicals, always read and follow the label directions of the chemical(s) you are considering. The manufacturer suggests administering a jar test and/or a strip test before adding Hay-Now to your tank mix. When mixing with other farm chemicals, it is suggested to tank mix Hay-Now only after diluting the chemical according to label directions. Knowing the chemical’s "mode of action" (block photosynthesis) or metal content (copper based) will help determine the compatibility of Hay-Now. Hay - Now Liquid Fertilizer is applied at 1 qt to 2 qts per acre in 20 to 30 gallons of water. There are 320 fl oz (10 qts) in the 2.5 gallon container so 1 jug will cover 5 to 10 acres.

Hay - Now Liquid Fertilizer has an NPK of 7-9-5. These numbers are the macro-nutrients Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. The suggested application rate is 1 to 2 quarts diluted in 10-20 gallons of water per acre and to be used as a supplement to the current fertilizer program and is not recommended to replace the nutrients typically added to the soil.
We suggest taking a soil test and have a qualified independent lab analyze the samples to determine nutrient levels in your soils and then follow recommended applications to ensure proper nutritional levels.
Hay - Now Liquid Fertilizer can be used as as a supplement to add in with your current fertilizer program. This product provides NPK and key micronutrients, but it is not intended to replace nutrients contained in other fertilizers.
