Hello, I need to apply 1.2 lbs/Acre of boron to an acre of melons. What do you recommend?

The soil test does not call for any additional P, K, or N.

Ferti-lome Rose Food 14-12-11 is not labeled for melons but you might consider using something like Valagro Axilo Mix 5 (0-0-0). We do not carry a product with just boron unfortunately.
