We would recommend to use Talstar P, you can use it at a rate of 1 oz per gallon of water and spray your flagstone patio thoroughly and since it's a porous surface, it would be best to spray every 21 days because porous surfaces suck in liquids. Neither product should be harmful to chipmunks.

We do not recommend mixing Hi-Yield Indoor/Outdoor 10% Permethrin with any other insecticides. You can however, mix a synergist like ExciteR Insecticide with any of the 3 products to get a quick knockdown effect.
