You could use that with any of the products you have listed, although the Tenacity Herbicide (when applied as a post-emergent) would be the only one you have listed that requires a surfactant.

Per the label, when used with a fungicide, do not mix more than 0.5 tsp per 1 gallon of mixed solution. We don't recommend to spray in the middle of the day, heat of the day, to avoid burning your crops/plants.
