    My lawn is Zoysia and want to kill crabgrass and St Augustine that invade it.
    The lawn is 50 ft x 50 ft. Looking at Quinkill Max crabgrass & weed killer to solve the problem. Do you recommend and if so do I need a surfactant and can I apply it with the Chapin #6005 Sprayer?

    Yes, QuinKill Max should be used with a surfactant, such as Spreader Sticker. It is a post emergent labeled to kill crabgrass. When used on St. Augustine, we are unable to confirm what it will do since it is not a tolerable type of a turf.

    Can I use Hi-Yield Spreader/Sticker in a propane fogger?
    I know I can use Essentria IC3 and Nyguard together in a propane fogger, can I add Hi-Yield Spreader/Sticker to the mix as well?

    It is not necessary to add a spreader sticker to Essentria IC3 because contains botanical oils. It will not harm the fogger as propane foggers use oil based concentrates.

    Yes, Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant can be mixed with Celsius Herbicide for weed control and safe for bermuda.

    Is Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker safe to use in compost tea?
    I need to know that this product won't damage the micro-biology living in my soil. Is it safe for beneficial bacteria, fungi, etc. ????

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker is not labeled to be used on compost so we cannot recommend it.  It increases absorption, translocation and sticking of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and liquid fertilizers to actually plants/grass.

    Do I spray Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant on the tree or water it?

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant is to be mixed at the rate of 2 - 4 tsp. per gallon of water. You will tank mix this product with the insecticides, herbicides, fungicides or liquid fertilizer that you are using and spray the areas needed.

    When is the best time to put down Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker?
    A

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker does not have any insecticidal or herbicidal properties of its own: it is just a surfactant. The best time to use a spreader sticker would be whenever the product you are using requires it, such as certain post-emergent herbicides, or insecticide or fungicide applications on very waxy plants.

    The product label for Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant does not indicate when it is rain fast, but it is recommended when using the product with any herbicide or insecticide that there is no rain in the forecast for at least 24 hours.

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant is a water soluble non-ionic surfactant spray. It increases the absorption, translocation and sticking of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and liquid fertilizers on plants. This product will not decrease the frequency in which you water your lawn. Something like Hydretain RTS can be used to reduce watering.

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant would work if you have it on hand though it is recommended by the manufacturer to use a methylated seed oil.  Like the Prime Source DuoStick for best results

    Can I use Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker with Safer organic fungicide without any damage to the leaves on my grape vines?

    Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker can be used on crops and can be added to a fungicide that's labeled to treat crops as well. Per the label, when used with a fungicide, do not mix more than 0.5 tsp per 1 gallon of mixed solution. We don't recommend to spray in the middle of the day, heat of the day, to avoid burning your crops/plants.

    When can I reseed after spraying my lawn with hi yield

    The Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant does not have any herbicide qualities to it by itself as it works only as a sticking agent when tank mixed with selective herbicides. You would not use a surfactant by itself. 
     
    Surfactants/Adjuvants/Spreader Sticker/Methylated Seed Oil are all additives that are used when applying herbicides to treat for weeds in lawns, ornamentals, etc however not all herbicides recommend the use of a surfactant so be sure you are checking the product label of the selective herbicide you are using before applying.

    SpeedZone EWSpeedzone EW Broadleaf Herbicide for Turf does not require a surfactant such as Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant. The product label for the EW states not to add one as injury could occur and to only do so if prior experience has shown that the tank mixture will not result in objectionable turf injury.

    Does it make sense to use with weed/feed or only use with herbicides?
    Does it make sense to use this with a weed and feed product? Or does it only make sense to use it with herbicides?

    This will depend on the product you are using. It is important to be sure to review the product label of the product you choose to use as the label will state if the surfactant is required or not. Generally, weed and feeds do not require a surfactant as a surfactant acts as a sticking agent and feeds usually need to get down to the roots. Not all herbicides require a surfactant, and some labels even state not to add one while other herbicides require a surfactant for the product to work properly.

    Can Hi-Yield Spreader Sticker Non-Ionic Surfactant be tank mixed with an insecticide for spraying a tile surface indoors?

    There would be no reason to ever use Hi Yield Spreader Sticker surfactant with an insecticide indoors and should only be applied with outdoor applications. There also are very limited situations where treating a tile surface would be allowed on an insecticide label, or needed in general.
