How can I reset the Vaporetto Smart Mop? The green light indicating water is hot comes on immediately upon powering on but the boiler motor does not start.
When I pull the trigger, the green light turns off and the boiler comes on. When I release the trigger, the green light comes back on after a few seconds and the boiler shuts off. It's like the unit is working backwards.

When looking through their User Manual, we can see on page 10 it starts talking about "Proper Use of the Product", and it does mention there is a normal process of the green light coming on and off as you use it and being a normal process.
