What is the basis for how deeply will Boracare penetrate into unfinished wood (pine). Can you provide supporting documentation from the manufacturer or another source?
Bora-Care will absorb fully into new 2" x 12" wood that is unfinished. You can apply the Bora-Care at a 1:1 ratio for active insect infestations or at a 5:1 ratio for prevention. It is recommended to apply the Boracare to all sides of the wood, or to apply two coats if not all sides can be reached.
