How do I get rid of stink bugs in my fireplace?

Answer:

There really are not any specific products that are labeled for use in a fireplace.  You have to be careful when applying pesticides and then heating it because of the fumes.  Have you tried burning a fire in your fireplace for about 30 minutes?  Most bugs would not be able to take the heat and leave or die in the fireplace.  We would recommend trying that first. To prevent future stink bugs from entering your fireplace you should find and seal up any cracks around the outside of the fireplace and chimney and use a suitable fine mesh over the top of the chimney.
