The only fast, sure way to get all of the bedbugs out of the couch right away is by having the couch heat treated by a professional. The Pro's can put the couch in a portable trailer and heat it up to over 140 degrees for several hours and all of the eggs and bedbugs would be killed. Couches are notoriously hard to treat because of all of the cracks, crevices and voids. You can treat the tufts, folds and fabric areas with Bedlam and all of the void areas with Tempo dust. Both products have a pretty quick kill but still can take several weeks to a couple of months to get rid of all of the bedbugs because of the egg cycle. You must also be wary of re-infesting the couch from surrounding areas.
