How do I mix Hi Yield 38 for carpenter ants? They have gotten into my house.

I've found them in my shower, the laundry room sink and in the kitchen.

Hi-Yield 38-Plus Insect Control 38% Permethrin should only be applied outdoors. If you have activity indoors, we would recommend using the Indoor Carpenter Ant Kit.
