How do I remove the CatchMaster Super Mouse Glue Boards 72 MB Super, it got stuck to my shoe!!!

I have gotten the board off but the adhesive is so strong and stuck on my shoe!! (and finger!) Please help!

Answer:

The CatchMaster Super Mouse Glue Boards 72 MB Supercan be dissolved by using oil, such as vegetable oil. Apply liberally where the adhesive is contacting your finger and show and rub it in.
