How do you open the Artline Balloon Hummingbird Feeder to put the nectar in?

Answer:

The Artline Balloon Hummingbird Feeder can be opened by turning the feeder upside down and twisting the bottom piece with the perch off. Then you can pore the nectar in, screw the bottom piece back and hang the feeder up.
