The Advance Termite Bait Station should be placed 2-4 feet away from the foundation, but not directly under the drip line from the roof of the structure. If there is tile or concrete in this area we recommend using a core drill as it should only take a few minutes per hole and also leaves a perfectly smooth, round hole and will also go through rebar as well.
