How early (late winter or early spring) can this be applied to Bermuda?

I have a line of blue pacific junipers (about 170 down my property line) and my Bermuda sod is invading them. I'd like to get this down as soon as possible (it's currently mid-winter in Georgia), but I'm not sure what is most effective with the Bermuda coming out of dormancy.

Answer:

We would recommend using Ferti-Lome Over The Top II in established junipers for targeting Bermuda. It needs to be applied when weeds are actively growing and temperatures are around 65-85 degrees F.
