How is Bedlam Insecticide Aerosol and other insecticides considered "safe once it has dried"? Seems like they would still be dangerous even if it has dried?

Answer:

When Bedlam Insecticide Aerosol and other insecticides is still wet, the wet application could come off the surface by touch, clothing, shoes, etc to where if contact is made with skin or clothing it could readily be absorbed. Once the treated areas have dried the product has bonded to the surface and will not be removed.
