How is Charger Basic mixed?

Can it be applied to fescue and blugerass?

Answer:

Charger Basic Herbicide should be mixed in a minimum of 10 gallons of water per acre. It can safely be applied to Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass. Please see the Label for complete application instructions.
