In the specific application of Bonide Systemic Insect control to Holly with the intention of attacking Cottony Camelia Scale, how long after the application can the product be considered rain tight? Are there any specific times when the product in more or less effective against the pest? Would there be a more appropriate product?
Bonide Systemic Insect Control is rainfast after the product has dried completely. This is generally within 2-3 hours. It is recommended that you do applications in the early morning or late evening to avoid the high temperatures during the day.
