How long after applying Prodiamine do you have to water it in?

Label says .5inches with in 14 days. is that correct?

Yes, the label is always correct.  Prodiamine 65 WDG should be activated by at least 0.5 inch of rainfall or irrigation or shallow incorporation (1 to 2 inches) before weed seeds germinate and within 14 days following application
