How long before you can come back into the apartment after you bomb it and will this damage any of my things?

Answer:

Great questions!  After you set off the last ditch bomb to detonate you should RUN, not walk, but RUN 300 yards away at least and take cover.  After the mushroom cloud subsides and the authorities have finished their investigation, you can re-enter the blast zone to inspect your belongings, or what is left of them.  This can and probably will damage some of your items, which is why we suggest you contact your insurance company before using this product.  As far as your food, you should remove anything you do not want cooked to a well done temperature.
