How long do I have to wait after 3 Way Max Turf and Ornamental Broadleaf Herbicide before I can overseed?

I have 2 year old tall fescue and I have waited for the 90 to 100 degree weather to end to apply the chemicals. I plan on over seeding to help struggling areas and to help areas that have thinned a bit. So I have read that anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks ...which is it? Zone 11 north san diego inland
