How long does it take to dry in wet, colder climates for reentry?

I know reentry is not until the product dries, but I am spraying before the rain as we are in February and it's colder (longer to dry). How long should I wait to allow my pets back on the grass?

Drying time varies for the Prodiamine 65 WDG (Generic Barricade), but it will dry at the same rate water does. It can typically take 2 hours to dry. Once it is dried, it will be safe even if it rains and rewets it.
