Earl from Byron, Ga writes

How many ounces of TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 do I use in a full 40 gallon tank sprayer?

Answer:

The total fluid ounces of TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 to use in a 40 gallon tank sprayer will depend on how many square feet that 40 gallon sprayer covers. Water is only acting as the carrier therefore you need to know how many gallons of water it takes to evenly and thoroughly cover every 1000 sq ft and be sure you are using a sufficient volume of water.  The application rate for Warm and Cool Seasont turfgrass for TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 is 2-8 fl oz in a sufficient volume of water per 1,000 sq ft. For example:  if you are treating ½ acre (21,780 sq ft) and it takes 22 gallons of water to evenly and thoroughly cover the lawn area, you will use 44 fl oz to 176 fl oz of TurfGrassPro Nutriscape 12-0-0 in 22 gallons of water to full treat  the ½ acre. View the product label for more information and application rates for other treatment areas (landscape plantings, citrus & vegetables, greenhouses).
