How many tablespoons of Gordons Trimec Classic Broadleaf Herbicide is needed to kill exposed tree roots after removing the stump?

Need rates for using a quart of water.

Answer:

Gordons Trimec Classic Broadleaf Herbicide is not labeled for stump treatment applications and would not be an effective treatment for killing roots/stumps. We would recommend a product like Ferti-lome Brush Killer and Stump Killer that is labeled for stump applicaitons when applied as an undiluted solution using a paintbrush to cover the entire surface of the freshly cut stump. Please refer to the product label for application instructions, and use it as directed.
