The rates for Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil on palms for scale will depend on when you are applying. For scale in greenhouses the label states to use 1.5-2.5 tbsp per gallon. However if it is a houseplant it states to use 2.5-5 tbs per gallon
