Aj from Ohio writes

How mature or established does a Timothy orchard field have to be for GrazonNext HL Herbicide to not burn it up?

Answer:

Per page 4 of the product label for GrazonNext HL Herbicide:  During the season of establishment, GrazonNext HL should be applied only after perennial grasses are well established (have developed a good secondary root system and show good vigor). Most perennial grasses are tolerant to GrazonNext HL at this stage of development. GrazonNext HL may suppress certain established grasses, such as smooth bromegrass (Bromus inermis), especially when plants are stressed by adverse environmental conditions. Plants should recover from this transient suppression with the onset of environmental conditions favorable to grass growth and upon release from weed competition.
