The rates of Milorganite Fertilizer 6 - 4 - 0 50 lb vary depending on how much Nitrogen you are trying to add. The 50lb bag is going to cover 2k to 9k sq ft based on the rates below. Please view the full product label for addtional information.  For 0.33lb of N, apply 5.5lb per 1k square feet (50lb bag will cover 9k sq ft)                  For 0.5lb of N, apply 8.5lbs per 1k square feet (50lb bag will cover 5,800 sq ft)
For 1lb of N, apply 17lbs per 1k square feet (50lbs bag will cover 3k sq ft)                      For 1.5lbs of N, apply 25lbs per 1k square feet (50lb bag will cover 2k sq ft)
