We would not recommend using Barricade 4FL Pre-Emergent Herbicide (Prodiamine) in a hose-end sprayer as it is difficult to get the proper coverage and water volume needed and proper mix ratio. It is recommended to use pressurized handpump sprayers, backpack sprayers or large capacity sprayers to ensure you are getting the best even coverage using a sufficient volume of water to evenly apply the product at the recommended rate per 1000 sq ft.
