How much Bio Advanced Vegetable and Garden Insect Spray concentrate per gallon of water?

I lost the instructions and cannot remember how much to use per gallon.

Bio Advanced Vegetable and Garden Insect Spray is applied at the following rates: For Vegetable and Ornamental Application, dilute 1/2 oz. (1 TBSP per gallon of water) For Lawn Pests, dilute 3 oz. (6 TBSP) per gallon of water) Please review the product label for full application instructions.
