The amount of Blindside Herbicide depends on the type of turf you are treating. For cool season grasses, you will use 0.075 - 0.15 per 1,000 sq. ft. For warm season turf, you will use 0.15 - 0.23 per 1,000 sq. ft. This amount will generally go into a gallon of water. You will multiply the amount by 4.5 since you treating 4500 square feet.
