Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 should be mixed with water and applied directly to the soil. The rate of use for outdoor plantings is 1 to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water per 25 st. ft. of soil. For indoor plants that bloom, you can use 1 teaspoon per quart of water. For outdoor container plants you can use 1 tablespoon per gallon of water for every cubic foot of soil. Please read the product label for complete application instructions.
