Answer:

Per the Southern AG Liquid Copper Fungicide  label, for use on ornamentals, apply as a thorough coverage spray using 2 tsps. of Liquid Copper Fungicide per gallon of water. Begin application at first sign of disease and repeat at 7-14 day intervals as needed. Please see the label for complete application instructions.
