How much water/Safari do I need to mix for an armored scale infestation of Scots Pine and spruce?

The rate for Safari 20SG Systemic Insecticide is 1.5 - 2.0 fl. oz. per inch of the trunk diameter diluted in at least 5-10 gallons of water. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
