If I apply Merit Insecticide Granules in late June, when do I need to reapply?

My question is really to know if I have this problem, after treating in June, when do I need to treat the lawn again?

Merit Insecticide Granules can last up to 4 months.  If you applied in late June, you would reapply around Novemeber.
