If Bonide Weed Beater Ultra was left in the garage all winter in Wisconsin and froze, will this change the effectiveness?

It could be an issue if Bonide Weed Beater Ultra or other herbicides were to freeze during the winter. The manufacturer typically says if the product has changed color or consistency, it should be replaced after freezing.
