Jan from Corsicana, Tx writes

If considered safe for pets and children, why not safe to use in pastures that may be grazed?

There is a question relating to "only strong enough to kill small insects and should not harm animals" so I do not understand why product sprayed to kill grasshoppers would be dangerous in a possible grazing area.

Answer:

People and our pets are not actually eating the items that are sprayed with Tempo SC Ultra. Incidental contact on dried treated surfaces is not the same as actually eating items that have been treated. Tempo has not been tested on edible vegetation. For more information you can contact the Tempo Sc Ultra manufacturer. You can reach Bayer by calling 800-331-2867.
