If a Giant Destroyer goes out in a tunnel and a pet dog digs it up and eats it is it poison?

Answer:

The Giant Destroyer should be removed and discarded after use. The the smoke is gone the Giant Destroyer is still a non food item and can cause a dog distress if eaten.
