There is no way to know for sure if that same colony would find the station. However, any wood that is left in the ground will eventually most likely have termites in it....so eventually a termite colony would find it. There are always termites around in the ground, but our main concern is protecting your home which is why installing the baiting system around your home should be your first goal.
