In most cases it is not necessary to add any other attractants to the bait because it already contains food based attractants. It can take a few weeks for rodents to start consuming bait products because they are naturally cautious of new things in their environment. Be sure that you keep handling the bait down to a minimum, remove other food sources and place bait directly in areas where you have noticed activity.
