If I spray liquid fence on flowers will this chase away the ladybugs I bought to get rid of bad bugs

No your suggestions not related to my question. I always add ladybugs to my english rose garden in spring and fear the liqid fence will chase them away. Have a momma rabbit living under my deck

Liquid Fence has not been tested to repel insects so we do not have a definite answer for you. We would recommend treating one plant and observing if the insects leave that plant.
