For difficult to kill weeds, a second application can be made 6 weeks after the initial application.

Image Kills Nutsedge states on the label it can be applied to blue rug juniper.
Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate only mentions on the product label that it is safe for Bermudagrass, St. Augustinegrass, Buffalograss, Centipedegrass, or Zoysiagrass lawns. Since Kentucky Bluegrass is not listed as a tolerant grass blend, it is possible using Image Kills Nutsedge will injure it. We would recommend doing a test application to see how the Image will affect the Kentucky Bluegrass before treating a large area.
Image Kills Nutsedge is labeled to be used around select ornamentals. We would recommend reviewing the product label to confirm your flowers are listed as tolerable. The rates are Spot Weed Treatment: Mix 2.5 fl. oz. (5 Tablespoons) in 1 gal. of water. [2 teaspoons in 16 fl. oz.]. Spray to wet. Large Area Treatment: Mix 0.8 fl. oz. (11/2 Tbs.) in 1 gallon of water to cover 200 sq. ft.
When the product label states the rate of Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate for "larger areas," that is in regards to a broadcast application. When broadcasting the product, you are only covering 200 sq ft per gallon at a time. 1 gallon of finished solution, generally speaking, normally, would cover up to 1000 sq ft of area. Since you are using the whole gallon of finished solution (0.8 oz per gallon of water) in only a 200 sq ft area as instructed, it would be equivalent to spot spraying different areas at the 2.5 oz per gallon of water rate because you would be spraying more (volume wise) in the larger area.
Yes, Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate is labeled to kill tall fescue grass without harming bermuda grass as long as you are following the instructions on the product label.

Per the product label for Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate: Avoid application to soil where annual bedding plants may be planted the following year, or plant injury may result.
Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate is safe for use on established warm-season turf and the ornamental plants listed on the product label. We would not recommend allowing drift or spray to contact desirable ornamental plants not listed as tolerant on the product label. The active ingredient likely would not cause damage to established trees unless it contacted the foliage, but we would not recommend this application.
We would recommend contacting the manufacturer of Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate and Image for Southern Lawns (Ambrands) directly at 800-265-0761 for more information on this as we do not carry the Image for Southern Lawns product.

If you are wanting to treat grassy weeds in an areas where vinca vine is desired, Grass Out Max is labeled safe for vinca and will treat grassy weeds. It is highly recommended that you use a surfactant with this product. Any broadleaf weeds will need to be hand pulled or directly treated with a non selective like Roundup QuickPro.
Bonide Stump Out while not labeled to kill vinca will likely due so based on its active ingredients and its ability to control any broadleaf or vine type plants. For best results, we recommend cutting the vine first and following the Stump Treatment directions per the product label. You can also use a non selective glyphosate like Roundup QuickPro in the same method. If new vinca vinces sprout, reapply. Remove a vinca vine manually, which is easier to do when the soil is moist.
