This sounds to be Honey Bees, but would suggest reaching out to the local extension office for confirmation. If it is Honey Bees, they are protected and there is not a chemical treatment that we can recommend. Typically, swarming occurs when a large group of honey bees leaves an established colony and flies off to establish a new colony, essentially creating two from one. Swarming usually occurs in late spring and early summer and begins in the warmer hours of the day You can reach out to your local Honey Bee Farmer to help with catching or managing the population.
