Threw $20 bucks away on this worthless product!

Used InVite in two traps and it didn't attract one insect for seven days. Next I dumped the InVite, put fresh InVite with fresh Coca-Cola to the mix. Left hanging in shed for another seven days and got nothing. The daily temperatures have been as high as 80 degrees and lows in the 40s. I've been having problems with wasps and yellow jackets. This stuff definitely doesn't work. Guess I'll try the traps from Lowes.
Expert response:
The InVite will only be attractive to the insects that are foraging for sweets. There are some species of yellow jackets, especially, that will not be foraging. Also, the target insects may be foraging for proteins right now rather than sweets. You can always set out a paper plate with something sweet (such as the InVite) and something savory, such as wet pet food, canned meat, or raw chicken to check for the most attractive lure.

This In Vite solution really works for us living in the country! I use hanging horse traps with the poison and a sweet cola! We catch hornets and wasps along with flys and other insects! We have been using this for almost 2 years. Make sure you pour the sweet cola onto the trap because it lures the insect into the Trap and they get confused and can't get out
