Is Avid 0.15 EC Miticide Insecticide safe after it dries?

Avid 0.15 EC Miticide Insecticide is safe if used as directed.  Everyone other than the person applying the product should be out of the area during application and until everything is dry.  Once everything is fully dry, it is safe for everyone to return.
