Is Bifen IT safe for car paint?

A mosquito exterminator is using a mixture containing this to spray into my alleway. The resulting residue is landing on my car and my neighbors cars. Is this safe for car paint? How easy is it to wash off? Is Bifen used in water or oil-based emulsions/solutions?

Bifen IT could harm car paint. It is not labeled to be applied or any over spray to land on vehicles. Please contact the manufacturer Control Solutions
