Is Celsius safe for Saint Augustine turf going dormant?

I would like to try a second application to get rid of chamberbitter that survived the first application in September. But now in November, my Saint Augustine turf might be going dormant. I don’t want to damage it with cold weather coming.

Answer:

  Celsius WG Herbicide is labeled as safe to use on Saint Augustine during any dormant/growing season for actively growing weeds. The product label does advise that weed control is more rapid when soil temperatures are above 65 degrees and slower when soil temperatures are below 65 degrees.
