CitrusGain 8-3-9 Fertilizer Blend is not considered a slow-release fertilizer. How many times to treat and how far apart will depend on what type of fruit you are treating. Some require treatments between February and September, 4-6 weeks apart and some require only 2 treatments during the growing season 6-8 weeks apart.
