And if so how long till it is safe to eat?

No, Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is not labeled to be used any citrus, including meyer lemon. You may want to consider Bonide Citrus, Fruit, and Nut Orchard Spray Concentrate or Fertilome Triple Action instead.
