No, Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is not labeled for Kumquat.  We would recommend Kocide 3000 Fungicide/Bactericide, which is specially formulated to prevent disease pathogens on crops and it is labeled for Kumquat. Please read and follow the label directions.
