Is Daconil safe to use on tomatoes near herbs?

We have herbs in close proximity to our tomatoes. Is Daconil safe to use, and how long do we have to wait before harvesting treated tomatoes?

Answer:

Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is not labeled for application to herbs.  Anything that was sprayed should be discarded and not consumed for at least one growing season.Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate should only be applied directly to tomatoes or other fruits, vegetables, trees, and ornamentals. There is no wait time after the product is applied near or on them to harvest.
