Pennywort is the problem weed.

Yes, Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer can be used over peanut grass but is a grass killer only and will not affect broadleaf weeds lke pennywort.  Unfortunately we are not aware of a product that would selectively remove pennywort from peanut grass.  It would be best to hand pull.
