Is Ferti-lome Over the Top II Grass Killer safe to spray between rows of vegetable garden to kill crab grass?

I have a small garden area with tomatoes, different peppers, cucumbers and squash, between rows I have tons of crab grass coming up and some Bermuda grass also, is it safe to use Ferti-Lome Over The Top II to kill the grasses?
